Adetunji Kolawole-Moradeyo 
CEO/MD

The Managing Director/CEO of both Cofad Ventures Nig. Ltd and Banner Diagnostics Intl Centre (BDIC). He worked for both Bayer Pharmaceuticals Nig Ltd and Unichem Nig. Ltd (Bayer Diagnostics) between 1983 and 2006, before his early retirement from a Sales Director-Diagnostics position. He currently holds an MSc in Business Management, LLM in International Law and Financial Markets and has more than 25 years experience in marketing/distribution of pharmaceuticals, medical diagnostics equipment and consumables.

His last 10 years with the Bayer Group was as the Sales Director, the main function of which was the development of new markets as well as turnkey projects and maintaining relationships with existing customers throughout Nigeria and the Republic of Benin in West Africa.

Foluke Kolawole-Moradeyo 
COO

Her qualifications include an MA Management Studies, Post-graduate Diploma Management Studies and a Certification in Personnel Management. Her career path spans several years across the public, private and financial sectors. During this period, she worked with Ernst & Whinney/Oni Lasebikan Chartered Accountants in Lagos for 4 years from 1983 to 1987.  Thereafter, she worked as a Liaison Manager with Commission of the European Union between 1987 and 2001, for a period of 14½ years.  Over the last 9 years, between 2002 & 2011, she has also worked as a Business Management Coordinator with various organisations in the UK, including the Care Quality Commission, Queen Mary University and the Financial Services Authority (FSA).

A BA Business Administration graduate from University of Greenwich, she also holds a Postgraduate degree in Marketing from University of Westminster. She works in one of the worlds leading global retail chains as an Assistant Merchandiser, is involved with the fashion industry and volunteers as an assistant director for a north london charity's drama group.

An LLB (Law with Business-American Exchange Programme) graduate from Kingston University, she currently pursues a career in the Communications industry. She has taken part in Client Interviewing and Negotiation workshops,  and as a result has developed skills in tactful conciliation. She also possesses extensive experience in communications, customer service and administration.

 

A BA in Business Management graduate from Kingston University, she recently attained an MA in Events Management from the University of Greenwich. A finalist in the 2011 University of Greenwich Business Plan Competition, she now works in Business Analysis as well as runs an Events Styling & Interior Decor company.
